South African golfing greats Ernie Els and Trevor Immelman will join International captain Mike Weir as assistant captains for September's Presidents Cup in Montreal.

2003 Masters champion and Canadian Weir selected Els, Immelman, Australian Geoff Ogilvy and Colombian Camilo Villegas as captain's assistants for this year's Presidents Cup.

The 15th Presidents Cup is set to get underway from 24 to 29 September at the Royal Montreal Golf Club in Montreal.
