Captaincy blow for Cheetahs

Cape Town - Cheetahs captain Francois Venter has been withdrawn from Saturday’s Super Rugby clash against the Reds due to a calf injury.

Venter’s place in the starting team has been taken by Michael van der Spuy, with lock Lood de Jager to take over the captaincy duties.

Saturday's clash at Suncorp Stadium is scheduled for 11:45 SA time).
