Ex-Ireland hooker to coach at Bulls?

Cape Town - The Bulls are reportedly in talks with former Ireland hooker Bernard Jackman regarding a possible coaching role in Pretoria.

Midi Olympique, a respected French rugby publication, is reporting that Jackman, a former head coach of French Top 14 side Grenoble, may join the Bulls in some coaching capacity.

Following a poor run of results which has seen the Bulls win only three of 10 matches in 2017, the Pretoria franchise announced that they will be instituting a turnaround plan to improve their performances both on and off the field.

Jackson, 41, who played nine Tests for Ireland between 2005 and 2008, was head coach of Grenoble from 2016 until March this year. He had been at Grenoble since 2011, having previously fulfilled the roles of skills and forwards coach.

Respected European rugby writer, Gavin Mortimer, also shared the news regarding Jackson possibly joining the Bulls via his official Twitter account:
