Sharks too strong for Toulouse

Cape Town - The Sharks beat French club Toulouse in a friendly clash on Thursday night.

Flyhalf Garth April scored 21 points to help the Durban franchise to a 31-17 (half-time 18-10) win at the Stade Ernest-Wallon in Toulouse.

It finished a successful pre-season tour for the Sharks, who also beat Toulon 29-21 last Friday.

The Sharks open their Super Rugby campaign away to the Kings in Port Elizabeth on Saturday, February 27.
