Cape Town - Andres Iniesta says Barcelona will redirect their focus towards defeating Real Madrid on Sunday after seeing their Champions League dreams dashed.
The five-time winners of the competition were eliminated by Serie A leaders Juventus after being held to a 0-0 draw at the Nou Camp on Wednesday, having sensationally lost the first leg 3-0.
While their hopes of picking up another European trophy have been ended, Barcelona are still very much in the Primera Division title race, just three points behind the league leaders, although having played a game more, as well as the Copa del Rey.
After the stalemate, Iniesta said: "We were not as effective in front of goal as usual and that cost us.
"It's a disappointment to be knocked out of the Champions League but winning the league relies on winning in the Bernabeu and that is our intention."
Sergi Roberto added: "The fans got behind us until the last minute, like another player, we needed their support to turn the tie around. We thank them for their support and we battled until the end.
"We created a lot of chances but nothing would go in, if it had, we would have been in the tie.
"We leave disappointed. We have to be critical and look at the mistakes and approach the end of the season in the best possible fashion. We still have the league and the Copa del Rey and every game will be decisive."
Barcelona face Deportivo Alavés in the final of the Copa del Rey at the Vicente Calderón on May 27, 2017.
