Mnyamane happy at United

Cape Town - Newly signed SuperSport United striker Thabo Mnyamane believes he joined the right club to take his career to the next level.

Mnyamane had a number of suitors for his services reportedly including Platinum Stars, Orlando Pirates, Sundowns and Kaizer Chiefs.

The 23 year-old attacker parted ways with the University of Pretoria after the team was relegated to the National First Division (NFD).

"Personally, I regard SuperSport as one of the big clubs. There were clubs interested in me, but I needed to make a decision and I opted for SuperSport," Mnyamane told the Sowetan Live.

"I have been welcomed with open arms and even the supporters I have met on the streets have shown me love.

"As a player, you want to win titles and you want to be a part of an era that won something for the club. So I believe I have joined a club where it is possible to win a title or two.

"The aim for me is to improve every aspect of my game. I believe I will grow at SuperSport thanks to the support that I have from everyone so far."
