Pitso: CBD must think like MSN

Cape Town - Pitso Mosimane has heaped praise on his forwards at Mamelodi Sundowns after they impressed in the 2-1 victory over Orlando Pirates on Wednesday.

Leonardo Castro, Khama Billiat and Keagan Dolly, known collectively as CBD, have been in unbelievable form as Sundowns surged to the summit of the Premiership standings this season.

The former Bafana Bafana coach admits he's told them to "think" like the Barcelona trio of Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar.

"We mix things up in attack," he said in the post-match interview. "We can play short, long, fast or slow. We are unpredictable with how Leo, Khama and Dolly play.

"We tell Khama, Leo and Dolly to think like Messi, Neymar and Suarez. It's about the brotherhood of the three ... to share the goals."

The Brazilians coach reserved special praise for his Colombian striker, who he believes is underestimated by defenders in the league.

"Leo is a silent killer," he added. "Defenders are busy with Dolly and Khama, but they forget that Castro is the most dangerous. He is intelligent."

The attacking trio of CBD have scored 23 goals and registered 17 assists together to help Sundowns go on a 15-match unbeaten run.

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
