SuperSport to face Tunisian giants in Confed Cup

Cape Town - SuperSport United have been paired with Tunisian giants Club Africain in their two-legged CAF Confederation Cup semi-final next month.

Following the enthralling 2-2 draw in Ndola where Matsatsansa overcome Zambian side ZESCO United, Eric Tinkler's outfit have been paired with the Tunisian Ligue Professionnelle 1 side.

Managed by former Italy international forward Marco Simeone, the Tunis based side defeated MC Alger 2-1 on aggregate after a 2-0 home win on Sunday evening.

The first-leg will be hosted at the Lucas Moripe Stadium next month, before the return leg at the Stade Olympique de Radès, home of the 13-time Ligue 1 Champions.

And in the final, the winner of the semi-final will face either TP Mazembe or FUS Rabat.
