QUIZ: Name the Wimbledon winners since 1960

accreditation

Cape Town - Wimbledon always brings back special memories for South Africans.

Back in the day before YouTube, Playstation and 200+ satellite TV channels, the June/July holidays were dominated by two weeks of solid tennis action from SW19.

The fanatical British crowds, strawberries and cream, Pimms and Lemonade and the unfamiliar sight of grass courts grips the imagination.

Some pretty special tennis also helps.

So we’re asking you to cast your mind back and see how many of the winners you can remember.

Some of the names are legendary, some dominated the grass courts and others only the very shrewd will remember.

Have a crack and see how good you are!
