Bulls centre loaned to Lions for Super Rugby

Cape Town - Franco Naude will join the Lions on loan from the Bulls with immediate effect as the three-time tournament runners-ups look to challenge in Super Rugby once more.

Naude will bolster the Lions squad at centre.

The 22-year old has one cap in Super Rugby, which came for the Bulls against the Sunwolves in 2017.

The former Hoërskool Garsfontein midfielder established himself as an age-group player and earned his Junior Springbok colours in 2016.

The Lions are next in action when they take on the Stormers at Newlands on Saturday.

Kick-off is at 17:15
