According to the Newshub website, the 22-year-old midfielder will remain with the Crusaders until the end of 2023, which provides him with an opportunity for selection for the Rugby World Cup in France.
After a standout season for Canterbury and playing a key role in the Crusaders' third-straight Super Rugby title last year, Ennor earned his first All Blacks call-up, making his Test debut against Argentina in Buenos Aires.
Crusaders coach Scott Robertson called Ennor's decision to stay with the franchise "awesome news".
"He's come through some amazing years to make it as an All Black and now he has a chance to stamp his mark on Super Rugby," Robertson said.
"As consistent and professional as he is.
"He's a really important part of our group, he's a good man, and he could be a 100-game Crusader at this rate."
Ennor began his tenure with the Crusaders on the wing, but has gradually proven his wares in his preferred midfield role, where he'll likely start in their opening Super Rugby Aotearoa fixture against the Hurricanes on Sunday, 21 June.
