Cape Town - Lock Juandre Kruger has confirmed he will be leaving French giants Toulon and returning to the Bulls ahead of next season.
Kruger, 33, was educated at Paul Roos in the Cape and made his debut for Western Province in the 2007 Vodacom Cup.
In 2008 Kruger made the move to Pretoria, spending a single season at the Blue Bulls before departing for England where he represented Northampton Saints until 2010.
In 2010 Kruger returned to the Blue Bulls, only to leave once again in 2013 for French Top 14 side, Racing 92.
In 2016 Kruger was on the move once again, this time linking up with Toulon.
Kruger will link up with the Bulls squad in December in preparation for the 2020 Super Rugby season.
Kruger made his Springbok debut in 2012 against England in Durban. To date he has 17 Tests to his name with his last appearance coming against the All Blacks in 2013 in Johannesburg.
The Bulls have lost a whole host of players in recent times with all of Handré Pollard (Montpellier, France), Jesse Kriel (Canon Eagles, Japan), Lood de Jager (Sale Sharks, England), RG Snyman (Honda Heat, Japan), Jason Jenkins (Canon Eagles, Japan), Hanro Liebenberg (Leicester Tigers, England), Eli Snyman (Treviso, Italy), Hendré Stassen (Stade Français, France), Travis Ismaiel (Harlequins, England) having accepted lucrative overseas offers.
However, apart from Kruger, they will welcome back flyhalf Morne Steyn next season and this week announced the signature of lock Andries Ferreira.
