Former Springbok coach Jake White believes he can create a culture of success to bring the glory days back to Loftus Versfeld as he takes on a role at the Bulls.

White was confirmed on Wednesday as the Bulls' new Director of Rugby with immediate effect until the 2023 Rugby World Cup in France.
The 2007 World Cup-winning coach took over from Alan Zondagh, who stepped down from his role earlier this year.
The Bulls are currently 12th on the overall Super Rugby standings after only registering one win in their six encounters.
White, who will be working with Bulls coach Pote Human, didn't sugar coat the need to start winning.
"We need to rebuild a winning culture at Loftus, and that will no doubt bring the fans back to their beloved Loftus Versfeld. This won't be easy, but we are up for it," said White via a press release.
White is also keen to do his bit to indirectly contribute to the national setup.
"It's no secret that our franchise rugby needs to be strong for the Boks to be strong. I'm looking forward to doing whatever it takes help keep them at number one," he said.
White won the 2007 Rugby World Cup with the Springboks and has had spells with Australia's Brumbies, South Africa's Sharks, France's Montpellier and most recently Toyota Verblitz in Japan.
The Super Rugby season was put on hold earlier this month due to the global Covid-19 pandemic.
