Cape Town - Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has refused to comment on speculation linking Leicester City defender Harry Maguire with a move to the Premier League champions.
Maguire has been heavily linked with a move to both City and Manchester United this off-season, with reports going as far as suggesting a deal to take him away is almost done.
However, the Foxes are adamant that their valuation of the player has yet to be met, and while that remains the case, Maguire is going absolutely nowhere.
Manchester City have been busy in the transfer market this summer and are expected to make another move for Maguire, but Guardiola was quick to dismiss such talk.
Guardiola was quizzed about a move after watching his side beat West Ham United 4-1 in the Premier Asia Trophy on Wednesday, but refused to say anything.
Asked if City were chasing the England international, the Spaniard simply said: "Leicester player."
Guardiola would say no more, but the Foxes will be bracing themselves for further interest and possible bids before the window closes.
