Cape Town - Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette
says he is enjoying his time with Arsenal in London as he is free to
live his life off the pitch uninterrupted by the public.
Lacazette was brought in by former boss Arsene Wenger to the Gunners in 2017/18 from Lyon for a club record transfer fee of £50 million, but initially struggled to hit form for the English Premier League giants.
However, he now appears to have settled down and is starting to discover the kind of form that saw him hit 129 strikes in 275 appearances for Les Gones in France's Ligue 1.
Under new manager Unai Emery he has started to develop a promising understanding with fellow strike partner Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
So far in 2018/19, the France international has managed five goals in 12 appearances.
Speaking to Arsenal legend Ian Wright, he told the Premier League's official website: "I love London. I came here to discover something different.
"It's a great city, I like how people think here. Sometimes I have no hat, no glasses and people don't recognise me. When I can work, chill and no one knows who I am, this is good.
"(This season) to win a cup will be the best thing for us and our fans."
