Cape Town - Bantu Mzwakali has found a new club in the GladAfrica Championship after parting ways with Bidvest Wits at the end of last season.
The former Ajax Cape Town midfielder has signed a contract with Cape Umoya and is available for selection in their next match.
No other details have been given about the deal.
An official at Cape Umoya said, according to KickOff: "Yes he is our player. He has signed with us and is registered with the PSL.
"Depending on the technical team he is available for the next league match."
The now 25-year-old Mzwakali was a promising attacking midfielder with the Urban Warriors and was strongly linked with a move to Kaizer Chiefs in the past.
He joined Chippa United and then Wits but found it hard to get game time under Gavin Hunt at the Clever Boys and has now decided to play in the lower tier of South Africa football.
