Lebese seeking talks with Sundowns about his future

Cape Town - Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder George Lebese will meet with the club in the comings days to sort out his future.

The former Kaizer Chiefs star has fallen out favour at Masandawana and it is being reported that he is currently training on his own.

Lebese's agent Steve Kapeluschnik said they are hoping to get clarity on the player's future this week.

“There is nothing new on Lebese. We are meeting later this week with the club,” Kapeluschnik told Goal.

Lebese spent part of last season on loan at Supersport United but did not impress enough to earn a permanent stay.

The 30-year-old joined the Brazilians in August 2017 but has struggled to command a regular place under coach Pitso Mosimane.
