Mdantsane: If it's meant to be I will return to Amakhosi

Cape Town - Baroka FC midfielder Mduduzi Mdantsane is happy at his club but would consider a move to Kaizer Chiefs.

The 24-year-old featured for Amakhosi as a teenager, but signed with Bakgaga in 2016 and has never looked back, notching up 61 appearances.

Mdantsane helped Baroka to their maiden title in top-flight football when they defeated Orlando Pirates in the Telkom Knockout final in December.

"I'm hearing talks about Chiefs, I don't know if it's true or not, I'm waiting for my agent to confirm because no one has spoken to me personally," he told KickOff.

"So I don't know, my focus is to play football. If that's true then Baroka will be the one deciding because I'm still contracted with them and we all have to respect that.

"Yeah I grew up at Naturena, but sometimes you have to face challenges until you reach your dream. If it's meant to be I will return, but as I said it’s up to the club I represent now and we have to respect that."
