Mosimane not worried by slow start

Cape Town - Pitso Mosimane has downplayed Mamelodi Sundowns winless streak, saying it's nothing new for his side to have a slow start to the new season.

The Tshwane outfit have had a tough time over the last month, that saw them eliminated from the MTN8 as well as the CAF Champions League.

The Brazilians are winless in their last six games in all competitions and over the weekend played to a 3-3 draw against Amazulu.

Mosimane told KickOff: "You know Sundowns; we always start like this, isn't it?

"We always start like this and I think you know the end. What is the end? We are okay. We are just a ... three points behind, three points behind into our programme.

"Probably in the next phase. Remember we group them, we group them to five games, five games, five games. So in this group at the moment we are three points behind.

"Maybe we can get the three points on the second block, third block, fourth block or fifth block. You never know."
