Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs coach Giovanni Solinas has dedicated Saturday's 4-1 away victory over Cape Town City to Amakhosi supporters.
Chiefs picked up their first win of the Premiership season at Cape Town Stadium thanks to goals from Siyabonga Ngezana, Khama Billiat (2) and Philani Zulu.
"I'm very happy, my boys deserve to win the game. I want to thank my guys because they played a brilliant game. Everyone played very well today," Solinas said after the match.
"It's a pity that we lost [Leonardo] Castro early [to injury] but I have good players on the bench. The players who came in played very well. Bernard Parker, [Philani] Zulu, the performance is very good today from everyone.
"We created a lot of chances, it's okay. I'm happy for the result. I'm also happy for our fans. They pushed the players for this result so this victory is for our fans."
The Glamour Boys will face Solinas' former side, Free State Stars, at Goble Park on Tuesday and will be looking for a repeat of their 3-0 MTN8 quarter-final victory.
