The ULT.X (Ultimate Extreme Africa) event made its debut back in 2008. The latest festival again saw the likes of the world's top BMX bikers and skateboarders do double whips, bar spins or 'Ollies' and 'shuvits' to wow the crowd with every stunt.

BMXs and skateboards have all been a part of our lives at one point or another. But for many, it's a lifestyle, one that you never have to outgrow. 

I was reminded of this at the recent 2024 ULT.X event held at the V&A Waterfront's Battery Park in Cape Town. It's obvious why one of South Africa's top automakers would be a title sponsor at an event like this since 2022.
