According to Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Rulani Mokwena, coach Sead Ramovic allegedly showed his TS Galaxy players the video of Bongani Zungu's tackle on Bernard Parker before their clash on Monday night.

Sundowns secured a 3-0 victory over the Rockets and now need one more win to secure the DStv Premiership title.

Zungu was introduced in the second half but did not last too long after taking a knock from Orebotse Mongae, who was shown a straight red card.

Mokwena stated that Ramovic allegedly reminded his players about getting revenge for Bernard Parker, who suffered a broken leg after a challenge from Zungu in their Carling Knockout Cup clash last year.

"I'm disappointed with the tackle on Bongani Zungu because I was told already last night that the coach of the opposition (Ramovic) showed that tackle Bongani Zungu made on Bernard Parker and showed it to the players," Mokwena told SuperSport after the game.

"And said, 'Don't forget what Bongani Zungu did' and I'm very disappointed because you know these things happen and I can say once again to you, I know for a fact the Zungu tackle can happen in any other game, anywhere.

"I've seen worse tackles. We've got even Nasir still out injured but we've forgiven and moved on because it's a contact sport and now we go and we intentionally injure players and we send out these things. It's a bit disappointing from a professional level," he said.

"But anyway we do the talking on the pitch and the players said to me, 'Coach, We've seen we've seen what has been going on in the media, don't worry we'll sort it out on the pitch' and I'm very proud of them and I wanna thank them also."
