It would be difficult – though perhaps not impossible? – for a surging Bryce Parsons to barge his way into the Proteas’ plans for the 2024 edition of the T20 World Cup, very much from left field.

But the 23-year-old former SA U19 captain is, at very least, putting out forceful “notice me” signals now at domestic level, courtesy of blistering form this month in the CSA T20 Challenge for the Dolphins.
