Since his sensational seven-stroke victory at the 2010 British Open at St Andrews, Louis Oosthuizen has gone on to gain infamy as one of the most talented runners-up finishers in history.
After losing the US Open by a single shot to Spaniard Jon Rahm at Torrey Pines last weekend, Oosthuizen claimed his sixth second-place finish since storming into view at the home of golf 11 years ago.
That result tied him to six runner-up finishes with fellow South Africans Ernie Els and Gary Player on the all-time bridesmaids' list.
