Libbok, who was schooled at Outeniqua in George, will be joined by Van Staden at the Garden Route Mall and the SA Cup clash between the SWD Eagles and Boland Cavaliers at Outeniqua Park in George.
This will be the Boks' second stop of the second phase of their World Cup celebration, having taken the trophy to Nelson Mandela Bay last month.
The team's trophy tour kicked off in November last year after they successfully defended their Rugby World Cup crown with a 12-11 win over New Zealand in Paris.
SA Rugby will aim to take the Webb Ellis Cup around the country before it has to be returned to World Rugby in 2025.
"Despite some challenges, with the bulk of the players tied up in club and other commitments, we"re working hard on delivering on our promise from last year to take the Webb Ellis Cup to other areas in South Africa, and I'm sure our supporters in the Southern Cape will be excited to see Manie and Marco on Sunday," SA Rugby president, Mark Alexander, said in a statement.
"We've revised the schedule after our recent visit to Nelson Mandela Bay and would like to get as many supporters as possible up close to the trophy at the mall on Sunday, and later at the SA Cup match at Outeniqua Park.
"We would like to encourage fans to go to the Garden Route Mall, where they will be able to experience the Rugby World Cup hype and see the most prized trophy in rugby."
The Garden Route Mall visit will be at the Food Court from 12:00 to 13:30, before the players and trophy will head to Outeniqua Park, where the SA Cup clash is scheduled to kick-off at 14:30.
