Western Province Rugby on Tuesday announced a restructure of its leadership structure.

Johan le Roux has been appointed as new CEO, while John Dobson is the new director of rugby.

This news comes after last week's conclusion of the union's new equity deal, which saw the Red Disa Consortium secure a controlling shareholding.
