Bulls director of rugby Jake White said Friday's table-topping encounter against Leinster in Dublin won't just be a Test match for them, but a benchmark to see where they are as a team.
White, whose team lies in second and four points adrift of log leaders Leinster, has had significant success in Dublin, having won the 2021/22 United Rugby Championship semi-final there against the hosts with a brand of physical, yet intelligent rugby.
The Bulls also put big numbers past Leinster at home last year, but that was an end-of-season game where the Irish side was already assured of first place and a home run to the final that didn't materialise because of Munster.
