South Africa and England's Rugby World Cup semi-final should be known as the "anyone but" derby, as in anyone but either of the two sides, writes Simnikiwe Xabanisa.

If the Fijians were everyone's second-favourite team in France, the Springboks and the English have - since time immemorial - been the two sides the rest of the free world loves to hate.

Thanks to a history of being insufferable, entitled, smug, superior as well as the most well-heeled rugby union in the world, England have always been the kind of team everyone wants to see get their comeuppance.
