That's it!

Atalanta are through and well deserved.

Liverpool got the early goal, but Salah's glaring miss in late in the first half seemed to take the wind out of their sales.

While they win 1-0 on the night, they bow out of Europe 3-1 on aggregate. 

87' - Both sides going through the motions now.

Atalanta will surely be going through to the semi-finals of the Europa Cup.

84' - This one looks done. It will take a miracle for Liverpool to find the two goals they need.

They look resigned to the fact that it simply won't happen. 

72' - Joe Gomez replaces Trent Alexander Arnold.

To be honest, it's all gone a bit flat from Liverpool in the last 10 mins. 

66' - Here come the Liverpool changes.

Salah, Diaz and Sboszlai are off.

Nunez, Jota and Elliot are on. 

56' - Chance for Liverpool as Salah fires straight at the Atalanta keeper.

He was offside so even if it went in, it would not have counted. 

HALF TIME!

Liverpool have a goal back, but needs two more. They have been the dominant side, as you'd expect. While Salah scored a the penalty to give them the lead, he missed a glorious chance for a second.

43' - Free kick to Liverpool in a dangerous position. Nothing comes from it.

39' - What a miss from Salah!

He is in through on goal and tries to lift the ball over the advancing keeper but puts it wide.

31' - An excellent counter attack by Liverpool comes to nothing as they try one pass to many.

It's something they certainly can be accused of this season.

28' - Kiranchuk fires wide for Atalanta!

Poor from Konate who shadowed him, but allowed the forward to fire a shot towards the Liverpool goal. 

12 ' - Another chance for Liverpool as a delightful touch from Gakpo almost puts Diaz in, but the Atalanta does well to come out and block the Colombian's attempted toe-in.

Szoboszlai then shoots from range and the keeper does well to collect. 

9 ' - Salah plays a through ball for Szoboszlai but its JUST overhit and the Atalanta keeper collects. 

A strong start from Liverpool, but it's just what they needed.

Salah makes no mistake from the spot and that's the start the visitors would have dreamed of.

5' - PENALTY awarded to Liverpool.

Handball in the box. Fair decision. 

3' - Early stoppage as Virgil van Dyk needs some attention. 

Doesn't look anything serious, however. 

The Reds have it all to do if they hope to turn around a 3-0 scoreline from the first leg.

They've done it before in Europe... just ask Barcelona.
