Mokwena warns fringe players despite being busy, Sundowns 'won't be handing out appearances'

If any of the fringe players at Mamelodi Sundowns think the club's heavy schedule will make it easier for them to break into the starting XI - with the team forced to rotate players to keep them fresh for their domestic and continental ambitions - then they are in for a surprise. 

Sundowns coach Rhulani Mokwena insisted the club would not compromise on their principles to deal with their schedule, even if it meant some players carried more of the load than others. 

The quadruple-chasing Sundowns' ambitious approach is starting to take a toll on the players and the diligent coach who obsesses about his club's every detail.
